The quest is started by entering the Watoga Emergency Services building, going upstairs via the elevator and speaking with the Mister Gutsy police chief, who tasks the Vault Dweller with eliminating hostile "squatters" at a radiant location in the Cranberry Bog.
The encountered hostile "squatters" can be Blood Eagles, feral ghouls, mirelurks, Scorched, or super mutants. Possible radiant locations include:
Appalachian Antiques | Firebases Hancock, LT, and Major | Old Mold Quarry | Superior Sunset Farm |
Bootlegger's shack | Flooded trainyard | Pylon V-13 | Survey Camp Alpha |
Cranberry glade | Forward stations Alpha and Delta | Quarry X3 | The General's Steakhouse |
Crimson Prospect | Glassed cavern | Ranger district office | The Thorn |
Drop sites C2, G3, and V9 | Mac's farm | Sunrise Field | Thunder Mountain substation TM-02 |
The quest completes once all hostiles are eliminated at the given location, upon which the chief sends another short radio transmission. The rewards are 600 XP, 70 caps, eight legendary scrip and random items, with a small chance for a legendary weapon or armor.
