The house consists of three separate levels, belonging to Henry Cooke one of the more affluent denizens of Diamond City. Separated into the lower floor as a main room, followed with a dining area in the second. Finally a bedroom on the third floor.
- The Cooke residence key is needed to enter the house without lockpicking.
- Depending on options chosen during Diamond City Blues, Paul Pembroke may move into the house.
The Cooke residence appears only in Fallout 4.
The player character can fall out of the map through the wall next to the stairs leading to the bedroom.[verified]
