This house in the city's Upper Stands consists of three separate levels. The first floor has the main living area, the second floor features a dining area, and the third floor serves as a bedroom.

Notable loot[]

Notes[]

  • The Cooke residence key is needed to enter the house without lockpicking the Advanced-locked door.
  • During the quest Diamond City Blues, if Paul Pembroke is taken along to the chem heist and given an equal split of the goods, he will become the new owner of the Cooke residence after he returns to Diamond City; otherwise it will become empty. Henry Cooke will have died or left following the quest's events.
