The note can be found on the grounds of Dark Hollow Manor, in front of a half-fallen van in the partially-destroyed parking lot northwest of the manor.
Transcript[]
We've now been sat here for THIRTY MINUTES waiting for the second convoy to arrive. I know Gerald ain't the quickest of drivers, but this is crazy! We lost full contact with them near the swamp, but as far as we are aware, they could be anywhere by now...
The boss ain't gonna be happy about this, that's for sure.
