The common house is a building in the southeast corner of Big Town.

Layout
The house consists of four rooms. The first room has three beds and a bookcase filled with several burned books. The second room has one bed, and a radio playing the Enclave Radio station. The last room, the kitchen, has an oven and many miscellaneous items.
Notable loot
An oversized green plate can be found next to the radio.
Appearances
The Big Town common house appears only in Fallout 3.
