The cogwave jammer is an item added in the Fallout 3 add-on Point Lookout.
Location
The item is obtained from Desmond in the quest Thought Control to block Professor Calvert's signal.
Notes
- The item itself does not have a world object form.
- It is classed as a quest item and as such cannot be dropped once picked up.
Bugs
If you choose to crush it in the trash compactor, you can still place it on the top of the Ferris Wheel afterward. [verified]
