The Coalition of Vault 11 Voting Blocs was a coalition of all of the voting blocs in Vault 11.
Background[]
The organization brought together the blocs involved in electing new overseers in Vault 11. The coalition created voting guides for vault dwellers and initially served as an impartial source of information. Over time, power struggles in the vault eroded this impartiality.
