General Clifton was the commanding officer of the Sierra Army Depot up to 2077.
Background
General Clifton was responsible for overseeing Sierra Army Depot's conversion into an automated defense base. On July 5, 2077, he was wounded by an exploding mine, as the result of a botched placement by one of his subordinates, Corporal Dixon.[1]
