Civic Duty power armor is a paint scheme in Fallout 76.

The Civic Duty power armor has been pressed into service in Atlantic City, with Buttercup, the head of the Muni IRS, using it in the field whenever the situation calls for it.[1] The armor appears to be tied to Vault-Tec Corporation, according to the decal on the breastplate.
