Cindy was a child who lived in Quincy before the Great War.
Background[]
Cindy lived on the same block as Billy Peabody, who was a year younger than her. According to Billy, Cindy's father pointedly warned her to avoid refrigerators because they were dangerous. Billy, who became trapped in a fridge for two centuries, agrees with her dad and is also particularly sad about not being able to see her any longer.[1][2]
