Chuck is a Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel recruit in 2197.
Background
Chuck is short for Charles but that's not where he got his nickname. Chuck is what most people do when they smell him coming! He's got very little to commend him other than his incredible strength and great heavy weapons skills.

Availability
