Christopher Avellone is a bounty hunter found near the Boneyard Library in Fallout.
Background[]
A burly man wearing a button displaying the words, "I'm Christopher and you're meat,"[1] Christopher is a man who claims to be one of the "most fearsome bounty hunters in the wasteland."[2]
He has a short temper and little patience for anyone that wanders in his vicinity to bother him and his cronies,[3][4] going as far to kill those who annoy him for offenses as simple as cracking jokes.[2] He has a deep hatred towards childkillers, seizing the chance to collect a bounty on the heads of offending individuals should the opportunity arise.[5]

- Chris is found in a small, ruined building just west of the Followers of the Apocalypse library along with three thugs. Presumably, because they all carry weapons and fight alongside him, the thugs are part of Avellone's team.
- When spoken to, most dialogue choices just end with a shove towards the door. However, a special one where Chris is told about the "donut" joke, Chris takes it as bad humor. Doing so a second time annoys him into attacking.

The character was named after Chris Avellone. According to the Fallout Bible:
“It's just a joke from Jess Heinig, one of the programmers. It's one of the five billion developer in-jokes in Fallout 1 and 2. The fellow [Avellone] has no past, and no future.”
Also, a possible joke of how Interplay wasn't paying him enough (or at all) is referenced.[2]
