Chris Andrew Ciulla is an actor and narrator who voiced various male characters in Fallout: New Vegas, the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor,[1] as well as Fallout 76[2] and its updates Wild Appalachia, Wastelanders, Expeditions: The Pitt, Once in a Blue Moon and America's Playground.

Chris Andrew Ciulla is an actor born on July 28, 1975, in Everett, Massachusetts, USA. His career includes roles in films such as The Petal Pushers (2019) as Detective Bryce Fry, The Golden Age (2017) as Shane Collins, and Southland Tales (2006) as UPU 4 Officer 3 (as Chris Ciulla). In television, he appeared in Gotham (2017) as Hamlet. His video game work includes Starfield (2023) as Kaiser and Mickey Caviar. Other notable performances include the short film Ditch (2017) as Daniel, The Concessionaires Must Die! (2017) as Radio Commercial Announcer, and the podcast series Space: 1969 (2022). Ciulla has also contributed to sound departments for The Equalizer (2014), The Magnificent Seven (2016), and The Finest Hours (2016).
Ciulla was the casting director for the video game Rosewater (2025), and Ciulla himself voiced Charlie, Bronson Ward, and Pa Fortuyn. He also appeared in the films Q: Deep Fake (2024) as Jefferson and narrated Watch It Burn (2024).
