Chip Taylor is a dead Vault 101 resident found near the entrance to the Vault's upper level during Trouble on the Homefront in Fallout 3.
Background[]
Born a year or two after the Lone Wanderer, Chip's ambition was to be a Vault technician like Stanley Armstrong. His plans were cut short by the chaos that took over Vault 101 after James' escape: Chip was killed in the factional struggle, near the upper levels.[Non-game 1]
