Paving the Way: Two technicians are encountered in the Listening Post. If they make it to the ham radio in the room, there will be Chinese reinforcements waiting for the player character.
Effects of player's actions
They are initially marked as friendly and do not behave aggressively. They will constantly and nervously stare at the player character while continuing their work, should the player character be seen. If fired upon, there is a chance of them either fleeing or fighting back.
