The name of the Chinese assault rifle barrel suggests that it is used with the Chinese assault rifle. It effects the base weapon stats, decreasing recoil and hip-fire accuracy while greatly increasing range and sighted accuracy.
The editor ID of the mod indicates that it would have attached to the handmade rifle or some variation thereof to create the Chinese assault rifle.
Location
The Chinese assault rifle barrel can only be found in the game files and cannot be accessed in-game. The mod does not have a crafting recipe, and loose versions of the mod do not exist.
