Child slaver is the slaver that waits outside Little Lamplight in 2277 to receive Bumble during the unmarked quest The Kid-Kidnapper.
Background
The child slaver is working for the slavers at Paradise Falls. She is described as one of Eulogy Jones' "best."[1] Evidently, she specializes in the enslavement of children and is shown to be adept at exploiting their naivety. When attempting to secure victims, she uses a facade consisting of a soft tone of voice and friendly behavior. For example, when talking to Bumble, she tells her that she is going on the "adventure express," and refers to her slave collar as a "friendship necklace."[2][3]
Daily schedule
The child slaver is waiting outside the Lamplight caverns until a child is foolish enough to venture outside, but only during the unmarked quest The Kid-Kidnapper.

When completing the questReferences
- ↑ The Lone Wanderer: "If I could get in, maybe I could lead one of the young ones out for you."
Eulogy Jones: "Sure, if you think you can pull it off. I think I might know a buyer who'd be interested. I'll send one of my best to wait around the entrance to Lamplight. You go in and find the sweetest, most trusting little one you can find. Lure that kid outside, and everyone's happy. Except the kid, of course."
(Eulogy Jones' dialogue) - ↑ Child slaver: "You bet we are! Are you ready to go on the adventure express?"
(Child slaver's dialogue) - ↑ Child slaver: "Absolutely! In fact, I want you to have this friendship necklace. It's good luck - wear it and you'll never get lost!"
