Charles Michael "Charlie" Adler (born October 2, 1956 in Boston, MA) is an American voice actor who voiced Harold in Fallout and Fallout 2.
In Cow and Chicken, Adler provided the voices for the three major characters (and also I. R. Baboon in the I Am Weasel shorts featured with each episode). This is unusual in contemporary animation, though Mel Blanc would commonly do this in the "golden age" of Warner Bros. animation. Adler is also a voice director for The Wild Thornberrys, As Told by Ginger, Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, Stripperella and The Buzz on Maggie.
