The Charisma bobblehead is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 4. It permanently improves the Sole Survivor's Charisma by 1.
Location[]
It can be found in the Parsons State Insane Asylum administration area, on Jack Cabot's office desk, close to the elevator. The Secret of Cabot House quest must have been started in order to access the bobblehead.
Notes[]
A common bug in the mission Emogene Takes a Lover - Emogene vanishes before she can be spoken to - prevents that mission completing and The Secret of Cabot House starting, thereby preventing access to this bobblehead. While PC players have access to console commands as a workaround (see "Bugs" in the quest article), no workaround is known to exist for console players who encounter the bug and wish to get this bobblehead other than restarting the game from scratch with a fresh save file.
