Background[]
Cesar visited the Greater Mass Blood Clinic in 2077 for a standard STD test which came back negative. However, a comparison of his DNA with a different test conducted indicated there was a 90% chance that he was the father of Alexis J. Martine's unborn child.[1]
Due to a standing order issued by General George M. Martine, the commanding officer of Fort Hagen and Alexis Martine's husband, the results of the paternity test were reported to the general.[2]
