Carts are settlement and world objects in Fallout 4 and its add-ons Vault-Tec Workshop and Nuka-World.
Characteristics[]
Carts are world objects that cannot be interacted with and are used for purely decorative purposes. Although some carts can be moved, others will remain completely static.
Crafting[]
The cart is located under Decorations → Miscellaneous, while the Nuka-World cart is located under Decorations → Nuka-World → Miscellaneous in the workshop.
