Carol was an employee working for the Nuka-Cola Corporation at Nuka-World before the Great War.
Background[]
She was stationed at Doc Phosphate's Saloon in Dry Rock Gulch, and requested first aid kits to be sent to the saloon, as the Nuka-Town USA infirmary was too far away. She also suggested adding a functional sheriff station to hold drunks.[1]
