Carmen was a member of a 28 person group of Spanish-speaking survivors that took refuge in Zion Canyon in 2095.[1]
Background[]
Her name given by Randall Clark during his observation of her group, Carmen, along with Elena and five children, was captured after the attack, and subsequent slaughter, of the Mexican survivors by the Vault 22 dwellers on February 11th. They were kept in a pen until the following day when they were killed and eaten.[2]
