Carl Maynard was the chief engineer of Vault 92.

Background

Maynard and Parker Livingsteen were working on cleaning up a leaking signal corrupting the recording, though neither identified it as the white noise. It is through this breach that mirelurks came to infest the vault.[1]

Appearances

Carl Maynard is mentioned only in Fallout 3.
