Before the Great War, cargo planes were used to airlift troops, weapons, and other military equipment to support military operations. Cargo planes were used for both strategic and tactical missions and were often diverted to civil emergency relief missions.
The cargo plane is a light green, double folding wing aircraft. Its design would most likely allow for easier storage of the aircraft in hangars and on the runway.
- Eight can be found at Camp McCarran, surrounding the terminal building.
- Another cargo plane south of Nipton Road pit stop crashed into a basin, half-submerged in the desert.
- There is also one crashed atop a mesa in Zion Canyon northwest of Patriarchs' campground.
The cargo plane appears in Fallout: New Vegas.
Behind the scenesEdit
The cargo plane closely resembles the Douglas C-47 Skytrain, used by Allied forces during the Second World War.
