Cardiac Arrest! is a challenge and achievement/trophy in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.

“Recover X-13 cardiac regulator sneaky suit!”— Challenge description
The Courier must reach the X-13 research facility on the cardinal west side of Big MT, then locate the three separate pieces needed to reassemble and obtain the Stealth suit Mk II during the main quest X-13: Attack of the Infiltrator!.

This challenge grants the following upon completion:
- 500 XP
- Unlocks the achievement/trophy Cardiac Arrest!
Notes[]
- This challenge is not repeatable.
- Completing this challenge only requires gathering the three pieces of the stealth suit to spawn it in the inventory, though one will still have to bring the suit to the testing chamber in order to advance and complete the quest.
