This is a short quest which unlocks the Nu Cafe Ola as a player-owned apartment. After the quest starts, travel to the Nu Cafe Ola, located near the Boston Common across the street from Hubris Comics. The door is locked; Ellie's supply run note is found on a nearby table, revealing that the owner Ellie has left for the Prost bar around the corner of the Common. Ellie's corpse can be found inside the bar, containing the Nu Cafe Ola key. Return to enter the Nu Cafe Ola, then head up to the second floor to grab Ellie's notes from the bedroom desk, completing the quest. The workshop to unlock the Nu Cafe Ola is in the kitchen, near the base of the stairs.
A note from "Ellie" was left nearby. She left for the Prost bar in search of supplies. She might have the key to the diner.
