Captain Dean Boat Rentals is a place in the Mojave Wasteland. It is located at the edge of Lake Mead in Callville Bay.
Layout
Exterior
The old boat storage warehouse to the left of the rental store is crawling with 4-7 Cazadors and several nests. Lakelurks can be found nearby on the shores of Lake Mead. Outside the store, their sign reads "Captain Dean Boats & Bait, Rentals, Worms, Ice Cream."
Interior
Upon entering the player will encounter 3-5 Giant rats.
Notable loot
- 27 caps in the cash register, 6 caps on shelves, and 2 Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle caps.
- 22 caps in the average locked safe
- Lad's Life located in the northwest corner of the store on the bottom shelf, under a fallen shelf.
- A Medical supplies box, Ammunition box, Metal box, and Antivenom can be found inside the garage sitting inside the rusty boat on the ground.
Appearances
Captain Dean Boat Rentals appears in Fallout: New Vegas.
Bugs
- When you first walk into the building there is a Toy car sitting on the first shelf that you come to. When you try to pick it up you can't, which is strange because when you highlight the item, your screen reads "A) Take" instead of "A) Take Toy Car". The significance of this Toy car is unknown as of now.
