Cap Collector is a Luck-based perk in Fallout 76.
Effects[]
The first rank increases the amount of bottle caps received from looting a caps stash by 33%, the second rank by 66% and the third rank by 100%. Each rank costs one point of Luck when being equipped, and the required level is 16 or above.
