The calibrated capacitor is a weapon mod for several energy weapons in Fallout 76.
Effects
When applied to an energy weapon, it will significantly increase critical shot damage.

Crafting
Weapon modifications will modify an existing weapon, and any modifications previously equipped on the weapon will be destroyed, not unequipped. Loose mods cannot be crafted. For modifications unlocked through scrapping, the corresponding weapon must be scrapped in order to learn how to craft it.

- Loose mods may randomly be found in the following regions:
- The Forest (laser gun)
- Ash Heap (ultracite laser gun)
- Toxic Valley (plasma gun)
- Savage Divide (plasma gun and ultracite laser gun)
- The Mire (ultracite laser gun)
- Loose mods may also be for sale from vendors.
- The mod for the Enclave plasma gun exists within the game files, but is otherwise unobtainable. It does not exist as a loose mod and will never appear attached to an Enclave plasma gun.
