Detailed walkthrough[]
This is similar to the previous Butcher's Bill quest except instead of finding the status of a place, one will be tasked with learning the status of a person named Agent Blackbird, who was present at Augusta Safehouse when it was razed. Speak to Doctor Carrington in the Railroad HQ for the assignment. The first destination is another dead drop at a random location. The information from the dead drop will lead to a random hostile-occupied location. Inside, one will find what remains of Blackbird. Pick up Blackbird's belongings and return to Doctor Carrington to make a report and close the quest.
After completing this quest, Memory Interrupted will be unlocked, and may be started upon returning to the Railroad HQ at a later time.

- It is possible to find Blackbird in one of the potential locations before recovering the dead drop. In this case, the previous objective will be marked as accomplished and the new objective will be to directly report to Doctor Carrington.
