The bus and apartment wreckage is an unmarked location in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston in 2287. It is north of Andrew station, just behind Joe's Spuckies sandwich shop on Humboldt Place.
Layout[]
This location consists of a destroyed house with a bus crashed through the roof.
Notable loot[]
- Grognak the Barbarian issue #2 - On the mattress on the top floor.
- Vault-Tec lunchbox - Inside the bus. Accessible with jet pack modified power armor, tricky jumping from the highway directly above the building or using the northern wall of the building. There is also a collapsed part of the building where one can simply walk up into it.
Appearances[]
The bus and apartment wreckage appears only in Fallout 4.
Behind the scenes[]
The apartment wreckage is a recreation of Emil Pagliarulo's childhood home.[1] He jokingly stated on Twitter that the bedroom looks about the same as it did in 1984, alongside an unflattering image of the dirty mattress and brain fungus on the wall.[2] The specific Grognak issue is a reference to Emil's work as a level designer on the Thief series, having worked on both Thief Gold and Thief 2, evident from the title "The Trickster Cometh" and direct resemblance to Thief's series antagonist, The Trickster.
