Walkthrough
- Go to Prickett's Fort.
- Interact with the Prickett's Fort curator
- Take the soldier's remains.
- Activate the open grave at Philippi Battlefield Cemetery.
- Equip a shovel and activate the grave.

Notes
A shovel can be found next to the open grave in the dirt mound.
- If another player has recently completed this quest, this shovel will likely not be here. Instead, another shovel can be found straight west (past a small junkyard), by a pit filled with radioactive waste barrels (next to a small red toolbox).
