Burden to Bear is a perk in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Lonesome Road.
Effects[]
Taking this perk grants a permanent increase of 50 lbs. to the player character's total Carry Weight.
Notes[]
- When combined with 10 Strength, Strong Back, the NCR/"Great Bear" Courier duster and the Hoarder trait, one can achieve a maximum Carry Weight of 400 lbs.
- The perk image depicts Vault Boy carrying a dead yao guai on his back.

Chris Avellone once hosted a perk idea contest via Twitter for FNV-themed t-shirts. One of the competition winners was the perk Burden to Bare (an example of a homophone) which would eliminate the movement penalties from wearing certain types of armor (light, medium, heavy).
