Behind the scenes[]
For Fallout 4, six actors were credited under "additional voices" without specific roles to their name: Bumper Robinson, Billy Ray Gallion, Caroline Aaron, James McDonnell, Patrick FitzSymons and Ray Chase. Chase confirmed he voiced a major character who was ultimately cut from the game, though he remained credited under the "additional voices" section.[2][3] The other five actors, including Robinson, have neither confirmed nor denied if they were also cut from the game, but there has been no indication since Fallout 4's release that these actors' voices are heard anywhere in the base game.

Ray Chase: "Absolutely! For Fallout 4, I was a big character and the character was removed from the game. That was sad because I'm a big, big Fallout fan but I got to be in Fallout 76, so it's all good. They actually still credited me in Fallout 4 which they didn’t have to do. There were a few other instances not as notable as that."
