Combines 12 units of molded plastic into a single item. This decreases the weight of the plastic from 0.6 to 0.5.
The perk Pack Rat seems to interact strangely with this item. With rank three Pack Rat equipped the weight of ten molded plastic is 0.12 while the weight of one bulk plastic is 0.13, creating an unexplained .01 increase in weight when bulking.
