Combines ten units of waste oil into a single item. This does not affect the total weight of the oil.

- Can be crafted at a tinker's workbench with the appropriate materials.
Bugs
[platforms tag needed] The perk Pack Rat seems to interact strangely with this item. With rank three Pack Rat equipped the weight of ten waste oil is 0.3 while the weight of one bulk oil is 0.25, creating an unexplained .05 decrease in weight when bulking.[verification needed]
