Combines 15 units of glass shards into a single item. This does not affect the total weight of the glass.
The perk Pack Rat seems to interact strangely with this item. With rank three Pack Rat equipped the weight of ten glass shards is 0.15 while the weight of one bulk glass is 0.19, creating an unexplained .04 increase in weight when bulking.
