- Four are obtained halfway through each Vault 94 vault raid, with an additional four awarded at the quests' completion.
- One is given as a quest reward for completing the Hunter for Hire main quest.
- One may be sold by traveling merchants and, once their respective quests have been completed, ATHENA, Emerson Hale, Ronny, and Sage.
