Buffout is a consumable in Fallout 76.

Buffout is a pre-War steroid which looks like a small green pill. The chem came packaged in fifty capsule plastic amber containers labeled as "Original Buffout."
It increases one's Strength and Endurance by 2, and maximum HP by 25 for five minutes.

- Purchased from a medical supplies vending machine.
- Two can be found near a crashed plane about 120m south-southwest of Knife Edge.
- Two can be found at the Morgantown Airport, in a building marked "Medical Laboratory."
- Two can be found at Blake's Offering.
- Two can be found near a bed on the second floor of the Whitespring Presidential Cottage and Museum, hiding behind the footboard.
