Bubba was a Secret Service agent in Appalachia, who became a feral ghoul sometime around 2103.
Background[]
Bubba was one of the Secret Service agents inside Vault 79, guarding the nation's secret stockpile of gold bullion. One of the survivors of Shorty's mutiny, Bubba was in the vault reactor area when it malfunctioned and very quickly turned into a feral ghoul, along with Mac and several others. The ferals killed Grills, Shiny, and other agents.[1]
