Bruiser is a trait in Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics.
Effects
Your Strength is increased by 2 points, but you lose 2 Action Points. The 2 stat points gained by this trait can be used on any SPECIAL stat, like with Small Frame and Gifted.
