Similar in appearance to the standard lab coat, the Brotherhood variant features a blue Brotherhood of Steel emblem next to the left lapel.

Can occasionally be found at Appalachian Antiques:
- On the first floor in the right corner next to a cabinet container.
- On the second floor on a vanity container.
2 can also sometimes be found in a set of lockers in the Atlas Substructure.
