The Brookline building[1] is an unmarked location in the Fens neighborhood of Boston in 2287. It is south of Hangman's Alley and north from the Fens Street sewer.
Layout[]
This building is occupied by super mutants and their mutant hounds. They are often engaged in combat with the nearby Diamond City guards, as patrols take them close to the mutant occupied building; this is guaranteed to happen the first time the Sole Survivor approaches Diamond City.
Notable loot[]
- A Vault-Tec lunchbox is in the small mart in front of the Brookline building. The lunchbox is on a shelf.

The Brookline building only appears in Fallout 4.
Behind the scenes[]
Brookline is a town adjacent to and mostly surrounded by the city of Boston. Part of it is located just west of the Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood, which corresponds to the Fens in Fallout 4.
