Britt is a member of the Blood Eagles in Appalachia.
Background[]
After Bill created a prison for captives at the Sludge Works, Britt noted that he had created a clever sign and propped up the contraption on cinderblocks, but he forgot to add a floor, allowing prisoners to simply slide underneath and run away. Britt lambasted Bill for this mistake in a note, calling him a dumbass.[1]
