Brian Krause is an actor who voiced Mitchell Hibbs, the Watoga High School's P.A. system, the trapped Responder and other additional voices in Fallout 76.

Krause is primarily a television and film actor, known for his roles as Leo Wyatt on Charmed and Charles Brady in the film Sleepwalkers.
Participation in Fallout series[]
Krause became involved with the Fallout series through a producer that he had previously worked on a movie with. This producer was formerly a low-paid Hollywood production assistant, but advanced in the video game industry and became involved with Fallout 76's development. Krause and this producer ran into each other at a sushi shop in Los Angeles, and the producer asked if Krause would like to come in and record voices for the game. Originally, Krause was only slated to record one voice role, but wound up doing "five, or six, or eight voices on the game."[1]
