Brenda Marie Philips is an actress and casting director who previously worked at Blindlight. She was credited for additional casting and as a voice production coordinator on Fallout: New Vegas. In Fallout 4, she voiced Anne Hargraves, Scarlett and Tara Astlin, in addition to serving as a voice director on the game.
