Brahmin are creatures found in Appalachia.

Background[]

Brahmin are descendants of domestic cows who survived the Great War. Their survival has been accompanied by important mutations such as bicephaly (having two heads), a protruding udder full of teats, a loss of fur and the deformation of the horns. Similar to other regions, brahmin have long helped survivors with their meat, milk, and skin. They are also used by traders and settlers as pack animals.

Characteristics[]

Biology[]

A creature with pinkish skin almost absent from fur, deformed horns, two heads, and a very developed udder with a multitude of teats. There is little distinction between males and females, with both having horns and udders. They often live in groups, such as the small population living in Flatwoods, where the Responders once raised them before they disappeared.

Gameplay attributes[]

Brahmin are usually peaceful animals and rarely attack. During a threat, they will usually flee. All brahmin including those from vendors like Chally the moo-moo can generate milk when activated.

After obtaining the plan for the brahmin pen, a fertilizer collector object can be constructed at a C.A.M.P. by the player character. This will spawn a single brahmin that will continuously produce fertilizer in the associated wheelbarrow container.
