Background[]
Brad was the original builder and resident of the moonshiner's shack near Vault 76. He was surviving until one day he was attacked by giant bugs, causing headaches afterward. This forced him to travel to Flatwoods to seek medical attention. However, by the time he reached the town, it had already been abandoned by the Responders and he was unable to receive assistance.[1]
