Boxing is an unarmed combat sport and martial art that appears in Fallout and Fallout 2. While the player can not participate in any matches, boxing is often mentioned in Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76
Fallout[]
In Fallout, the player character can take bets in Junktown, for the champion Saul.
Fallout 2[]
- In Fallout 2, the player character can box in the Jungle Gym of New Reno against four opponents: Joqq, Pete McKneely, Evan Holyfeld, and The Masticator — to become a Prizefighter.
- The Masticator can bite the Chosen Ones ear off which one will find in their inventory afterwards as a unique item named player's ear. This event, however, reduces ones charisma by 1 point.
- Boxing is hosted by Stuart Little and he will ask the player character for 50% of their pay from boxing. Upon entering the ring, they are given their own boxing gloves; but under the Shark Club, some plated boxing gloves can be found and used to cheat if they so choose.
Fallout 3[]
- A boxing book called Pugilism Illustrated depicts bareknuckle boxing on its cover.
Fallout: New Vegas[]
- A boxing magazine called Boxing Times can be collected.
- Boxing gloves and boxing tape can be found and used, both inflicting fatigue damage.
- The Alvin Nelson, aka the Red Brick Kid, is mentioned prominently on Boxing Times and by a Mini Boomer.[1]
Fallout 4[]
- Madden's Boxing Gym can be explored.
- A boxing glove can also be found and equipped as a weapon.
Fallout 76[]
