Characteristics
The booze still requires a raider settler to be assigned to it, after which it will generate a small amount of happiness and deposit a small amount of vodka into the workbench daily.
Crafting
The booze still can only be built once the perk Wasteland Warlord has been achieved, and can only be placed in raider-controlled settlements.
